OUR SCHOOL
How is the school day organized at our bilingual Montessori school in Paris Monceau (8th arrondissement)?
Our bilingual Montessori preschool and elementary school in Paris 8ᵉ is ideally located between Parc Monceau and Boulevard Haussmann, in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It welcomes children from 20 months to 11 years in a warm, structured, multilingual environment.
Children are taught in six spacious, bright classes with small class sizes. Individualized care is encouraged. A pre-school section (20 months - 3 years) complements the kindergarten (3 - 6 years) and elementary school (6-11 years). Children benefit from a complete bilingual curriculum based on active teaching methods, inspired in particular by Maria Montessori.

BILINGUAL MONTESSORI CHILDREN'S COMMUNITY
Bilingual teaching
Montessori
15 students per class
From 20 months to 3 years
The bilingual Communauté Enfantine or pre-school class welcomes the youngest children from 20 months, in 3 dedicated classes. The environment is carefully prepared to meet their specific needs. At this age of intense discovery, each day is punctuated by exploration, language, motor skills and the first steps towards autonomy.
Thanks to the presence of a French-speaking and an English-speaking educator, children are naturally immersed in a bilingual environment. Daily interactions, songs, stories and rituals support a gentle, gradual acquisition of English and French.
This class offers each child a secure, warm environment where they can evolve at their own pace, develop their confidence and learn to do things on their own... with pleasure.
BILINGUAL MONTESSORI KINDERGARTEN
Bilingual teaching
Montessori
24 students per class
Ages 3 to 6
Our bilingual preschool offers two Montessori-inspired settings for children ages 3 to 6. They experience an environment structured into several learning areas: practical life, sensory education, mathematics, language, culture…
Children choose their activities freely, based on their interests and developmental level, while benefiting from the supportive guidance of teachers trained in the Montessori method.
The classroom atmosphere fosters concentration, respect, independence, and cooperation among the children.
The mixed-age group is a valuable asset: the youngest children observe the older ones, while the more experienced children reinforce what they’ve learned by sharing it with others. It also makes it easier to welcome new students on their first day of preschool.
Learning takes place naturally in two languages, including during group activities such as nursery rhymes, story time, music, art, and more.

BILINGUAL MONTESSORI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Active teaching
Bilingual teaching
18 students per class
Ages 6 to 11
The elementary school currently offers a bilingual Montessori environment (ages 6-9), based on individualized learning and respect for each child's pace. Children find themselves in an environment structured around several learning areas: mathematics, language, culture...
This cycle offers pupils the opportunity to learn according to the official French national education programs in a bilingual way, while benefiting from the benevolent support of teachers trained in Montessori pedagogy.
Children learn by manipulating, experimenting and questioning.
Teachers encourage reflection, autonomy, work in small groups and exchanges between ages. The classroom becomes a place of research, transmission and cooperation.
Bilingualism is fully integrated into daily life, with a natural and fluid alternation between the two languages.
